SRILV, LLC d/b/a Reisela Floral (“Reisela,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Reisela.com (the “Site”). Our Site and services are intended for customers in Nevada only.

1) Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide: such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any information you submit through forms, checkout, support requests, or messages.
  • Information collected automatically: such as IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, links clicked, and approximate location derived from IP address. We collect some of this information using cookies and similar technologies.

2) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Site and our services
  • Communicate with you (including support and service-related messages)
  • Send marketing emails if you subscribe (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations

3) How We Share Information

We share personal information only as needed to operate the Site and provide our services, including with the following service providers/processors:

  • Vercel (website hosting and delivery)
  • Loops (email service)
  • Meta (analytics and advertising tools, such as Meta Pixel)

We may also share information if required to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, or protect rights, safety, and security.

4) Online Tracking and Third-Party Collection

Third parties (including Meta) may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services when you use the Site, including through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where available, any on-site cookie controls.

5) Nevada “Do Not Sell” Requests (Designated Request Address)

Nevada law allows Nevada consumers to submit a “verified request” directing an operator not to sell certain covered information.

To submit a request, email us with the subject line “Nevada Opt-Out” and include:

  • Your name, and
  • The email address you used with Reisela.com (and any other details needed for us to reasonably verify your identity).

We will respond within 60 days after receiving your request. If reasonably necessary, we may extend by up to 30 additional days and will notify you if we do. We will not sell covered information about you after we receive and verify an opt-out request.

6) Reviewing and Updating Your Information

You may request to review, correct, update, or delete your personal information by emailing shayna@reisela.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

7) Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

8) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

9) Children

The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10) Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated version on this page, update the Effective Date, and may provide additional notice (for example, by email or a prominent notice on the Site).
